ReTURN AND REFUND.

Banata Oil may be returned or exchanged if:

• The oil is unopened, unused, and sealed

• The item was damaged in transit or we sent the wrong product

Bonnets may be returned or exchanged within 4 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

General return conditions:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
